Peggy R. Maxwell is Verve Commercial Real Estate’s president and designated broker.
Through her more than 20 years of commercial property management and real estate brokerage experience, Peggy has developed proven skill in coordinating her client properties’ business development activities and promoting them in a competitive environment.
Her services on behalf of Verve’s clients include:
- preparation of all business plans and strategies
- budgeting and financial forecasting and common area expense reconciliations
- hiring and supervising on-site property management staff and
- overseeing all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of financial information.
Before founding Verve Commercial Real Estate, Peggy launched the regional commercial property management services division for one of the nation’s largest commercial property management firms.
Don Howell is a Client Services Coordinator at Verve Commercial Real Estate.
During Don’s extensive 20 + career he has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate and brings unique skills to our organization. Don has worked with properties from the inception of accounting cycles through daily, monthly and year end accounting. Don also has extensive experience in construction and tenant improvement management and brings an unparalleled expertise to this area of our business.
Robert L. Maxwell III (Trey), CPA, is the managing member of M2 Management, LLC, a tax firm dedicated to maximizing the retained earnings of sophisticated Arizona businesses.
Trey’s extensive knowledge and experience with tax and financial matters constitute a unique operational asset for Verve Commercial Real Estate.
Trey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of CPAs, past treasurer of the Arizona Technology Industry Development Association, and a member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona.
